Since joining as a founding member of the UK office in 1985, Clifford has twenty-one years at the forefront of Athlete and Personality management. Having been instrumental in guiding the careers of many of Britain’s leading sports personalities, from Gareth Southgate and Andy Murray to Darcey Bussell and Audley Harrison, over the past two decades, Clifford is responsible for overseeing the UK Athletes and Personalities Representation Division.
A strong marketing background has helped Clifford develop some of the most successful endorsement campaigns in sports marketing, including Anna Kournikova’s record breaking ‘Only the ball should Bounce’ ShockAbsorber sports bra campaign, and Darren Gough’s award winning C4 Coaching Series. He has also been tournament Director of the Phillips PFA Classic, a European PGA Senior Tour Event.
